An abandoned baby has been found near a hotel in Rosenheim. The hypothermic newborn was in mortal danger and was taken to a hospital, a police spokesman said on Thursday. Subsequently, the health of the female infant stabilized.
Numerous stripes were looking for the mother, it was said. According to initial findings, the infant had been exposed shortly before it was found. A witness found the baby in the morning and immediately alerted the police. The Rosenheim detective is now investigating.
